Standard production takes 1-2 weeks from order placement. Choose Rush (+€49) for 1-week production. Rush prioritises your order in our queue without compromising craftsmanship.

Sizing

Select your lug width (18–24 mm) and length (Short / Standard / Long). For a precise fit, measure an existing strap from the spring bar to your most-used hole, or provide your wrist circumference.

Warranty & returns

12-month stitching warranty. We repair stitching defects free of charge. As each strap is custom-made, returns are accepted for manufacturing issues only; please contact us within 14 days if something isn’t right.

Care

Sweat-resistant, not waterproof. Avoid water, prolonged moisture, harsh chemicals, and alcohol. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If the strap gets wet, blot gently and let it air-dry away from heat or direct sunlight.
